Interior Compounding / Screeding

Mix 10L Hydroshield Compounding Bond with 10kg Tuffcrete Cement to make a 100% waterproof screed paste.

Coverage: 20 - 30 square meters per mix.
Benefit: Leaves a glass-smooth, moisture-impervious interior wall ready for premium paint.

Exterior Weatherproof Compounding

Mix 10L Hydroshield Compounding Bond with 10kg Total-Crete Cement to form a weather-impervious exterior skim coat.

Coverage: 20 - 30 square meters per mix.
Benefit: Resists driving rain, wind-driven moisture, and exterior micro-cracking.

Tiling Walls & Floors with Total-Crete

Dilute Tuffcrete Polymer at 1L : 20L water. Mix Total-Crete Cement with the diluted polymer to your preferred trowel mortar consistency.

Key Advantage: Eliminates tile gum and regular cement completely. Tiles will not pop or hollow.

Tyrolean & Block Moulding

Add 1.5 Litres of Tuffcrete Polymer to each standard 50kg bag of cement in your block moulding or tyrolean mix.

Result: Solid blocks with zero water permeability, superior compressive strength, and sharp, chip-free edges.

Heavy Screed Plastering

Dilute 1L Polymer : 20L Water. Mix: 1 bag cement (50kg) + 10kg Tuffcrete powder + 10 headpans plaster sand (250kg) + 10 headpans sharp sand (250kg) with 20L diluted polymer.

Coverage: 20m² per batch — significantly more yield than 50kg conventional cement plastering.

100% Waterproof Concrete Casting

Combine 10kg Tuffcrete Powder to 50kg Cement. Dilute 1L Polymer into 20L water. Use with standard 1:2:4 design or 1:4:2 lightweight design.

Applications: Swimming pools, basement retaining walls, marine docks, water treatment tanks, and concrete highways.

Road Base Stabilization (SBS Protocol)

Axion Solid Base Stabilizer eliminates the need for expensive granite crushed rock base courses by biochemically improving the native in-situ soil:

  1. Tanker Dilution: Dilute 1L SBS to 300L water in a dedicated road water tanker.
  2. Bed Scarification: Scarify 25cm depth of the road base using a motorized grader equipped with a ripper.
  3. Uniform Soaking: Spray and thoroughly soak the loosened road base with the diluted SBS solution.
  4. Homogeneous Blading: Use the grader blade to windrow and mix the treated soil until completely homogenous.
  5. Shape & Crown: Lay the mixed material back onto the roadway to your specified cross-fall crown.
  6. Compaction Sequence: Compact with heavy steel-wheel roller 4 passes static (without vibration), followed by 4 passes with dynamic vibration (8 passes total).
