with Tuffcrete Cement & Tuffcrete Polymer Combo
Compounding with Total-Crete (All purpose cement)
Interior compound
- Mix 10L hydroshield Compounding Bond with 10kg Tuffcrete cement to make a 100% waterproof screed paste covering 20-30sqm.
Exterior compound
- Mix 10L hydroshield Compounding Bond with 10kg Total-crete cement to make a 100% waterproof screed paste covering 20-30sqm.
Tiling walls and floors with Total-Crete (All purpose cement)
- Dilute Polymer 1L : 20L water mix Total-Crete Cement with diluted polymer to the consistency of choice. No need for any regular cement or tile gum.
Tyrolean & block moulding
Add 1.5L of Tuffecrete polymer to a bag of cement mix.
Screed Plastering
Dilute IL Polymer: 20L water
Mix Proportions
- 1 bag of cement (50kg)
- Tuffcrete powder (10kg)
- 10 headpans of plaster sand (250kg) and 10 headpans of sharp
- sand (250kg) Mix with 20L of Diluted Polymer
Mix Instructions
- Ensure homogeneous mix Coverage: 20m², More coverage than 50kg conventional cement plastering.
Casting 100% waterproof concrete slabs, roads, swimming, decks, columns, floors etc.
- 10kg Tuffcrete Powder: 50kg Cement
- Dilute IL Polymer: 20L water
- Use your normal 1:2:4 designs or 1:4:2 Axion Lightweight concrete designs.
- Ensure a homogeneous mix of the concrete to have the best result.
Axion Solid Base Stabilizer
- Dilute SBS 1Litre to 300 litres of water in a water tanker.
- Scarify 25cm depth of the road, using grader with a ripper.
- Soak the road base with the diluted SBS.
- Use the grader to mix the material until a homogenous mix is attained.
- Lay the mixed material back on the road to the design or shape you intend and allow to dry a bit.
- Compact the road base with a roller 4 times without vibration and 4 times with vibration (8 times total).
Axion Bitumen Booster
- Add the Bitumen Boost Refiner directly to the bitumen melting tank in the ratio of 0.5%- 1% (5 litres-10 litres/tonne).
- Heat the bitumen until it reaches its melting point.
- Allow the bitumen to recirculate inside the tank for 3-6hours to achieve a homogeneous mixture by simply closing the valve leading to the aggregate tank forming a closed loop.
