Engineered Soil Stabilization
This is a powerful molecular binding agent used in soil stabilization and earth-work installation. It does not require coarse aggregate as it merely strengthens and improves the natural soil enabling it to achieve load bearing capacities that meet and exceed international compaction requirements.

Tanker Dilution
Dilute Axion SBS in the ratio of 1 Litre to 300 Litres of water directly in your water distributor tanker.
Scarification
Scarify 25cm depth of the road bed using a motorized grader equipped with a ripper.
Soak & Mix
Soak the road base evenly with the diluted SBS. Use the grader blade to thoroughly mix until homogenous.
Shape & Compact
Shape road crown and allow to air dry slightly. Compact 4 times without vibration, then 4 times with vibration (8 passes total).
